Questions people ask before signing up

What if I need more documents in a month?
You buy single documents, which add to what the plan includes and do not expire at the end of the month. There is no block in the middle of a proposal you already started.
Can I change plan mid-period?
You can, at any time. The difference is settled in proportion to the time remaining and the renewal date stays the same.
How do I pay?
In Mozambique, by mobile wallet in meticais, with M-Pesa, e-Mola or mKesh, or by card. Everywhere else, by card. Each mobile wallet period is a separate purchase, with no automatic debit.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel whenever you like and keep using it until the end of the period already paid. There is no lock-in and no penalty.
Who issues the invoice?
Our official reseller, identified at the moment of payment, who also handles sales tax in the customer’s country. The invoice arrives by e-mail after each payment.
Does the trial ask for a card?
It asks for nothing. Create the account, use it for fourteen days and decide afterwards.
